Business Development Manager

Altera Recruitment Group is working with a growing business in the water products sector.

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive sales, manage key accounts, and promote innovative products across utility frameworks, contractors, and distribution partners.

This is a senior, client-facing role offering strong career progression, exposure to high-value accounts, and the chance to lead strategic sales initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:

Achieve regional sales budgets and objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with key utility and contractor accounts
Promote products and new innovations across the region
Lead quarterly account reviews and KPI reporting
Resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence

 


What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience in water, utilities, or industrial products
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Knowledge of utility frameworks and distribution agreements
Results-driven with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage a regional portfolio independently
